Personal views

In this section I would like to include my personal opinion of the subject and the MOPS in general.

First of all, I would like to talk about the subject. I really enjoy this subject because I think is very interesting for my future as a teacher. The first part of the subject, with Dr. Emilio Ramon, was very interesting due to the fact that we have learnt which sources we can use to teach literature. Moreover, we have to create a Webquest. It was really interesting, because I think it is very useful for me and for my future students. I can teach them where to look for information, and how to search it. At the same time, I guide them in order to acquire the goals of my subject in order to pass it.

On the other hand, the second part of the subject was lectured by Dr. Laura Angellini. I also enjoyed so much these particular part of the subject because it was very interactive and we have learnt a lot of new tools, and mechanisms to teach students. I really like the Glogster, because I think is a good pre-treatment activity in order to introduce the topic to students, but, at the same time it is a good cool-down activity to summarize the topic. Furthermore, I'm sure I will use  the go-animate in my future, because in my opinion it is a funny way to create my own listening activities. Students will learn the vocabulary I think is useful for them in the unit we are working in. 

As a conclusion, I would like to mention that I really enjoyed this subject because I have learnt a new way to teach students, avoiding the traditional final exam. Moreover, I think this subject is really interesting because we can introduce those tools to our students and then, they can use it in the future, in my subject or in other subjects. Finally, I think these new learning mechanism are going to be very familiar to the new generations of students in a few years, so we, teachers, need to be very useful with them in order to use it. 

At this moment, I’m going to give a general idea of the MOPS. I really enjoyed doing this master's course because I think it is very useful for new teachers because we have learnt many new mechanisms and tools to improve our students knowledge. Moreover, these tools would engage our students in our subject, and maybe students would be more acquainted with English language in the future.  We, teachers, really need to do this master course because we need to be familiar with these new ways of learning.
